Acceptance
By registering or accessing the Briva platform, you (hereafter "User") declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, do not use the platform. Briva is a product operated by KANTAN TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA, registered under CNPJ 62.579.166/0001-61, with offices at Rua Pais Leme, 215, Conj. 1713, Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP, 05424-150, Brazil, which acts as the controller of the personal data processed on this platform. Licence
KANTAN TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Briva platform solely for legitimate commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Prohibited use
The User is prohibited from: (a) reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works of the platform without prior authorisation; (b) using the platform to send spam, illegal content, or unsolicited messages; (c) attempting to access the systems, data, or accounts of other users without authorisation; (d) reverse-engineering or disassembling the software; (e) using the platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Limitation of liability
The Briva platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, KANTAN TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
Governing law and forum
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute arising from this instrument shall be submitted to the elected forum of São Paulo/SP, waiving any other, however privileged.
